Testing 1, 2, 3 ... Long aerobic rides on Saturdays? I could see having clover-leaf type routes with a shorter loop first so folks focusing on shorter events could ride the initial loop with the group, then those who need more miles could head out on another or longer loop(s).
I have been organizing weekly group trail runs on Thursday mornings. If anyone is interested in joining in, the runs are usually between 6-10 miles on local trails. Meeting times are flexible with earlier mornings 8 am in the summer and later times 10 am in the winter.
